A KIDDERMINSTER jazz club are offering free admission to first time visitors in an aim to raise enthusiasm and entice new members to the club.
Aggborough Jazz, located in the Aggborough Suite of Kidderminster Harrier’s football ground, is hosting Carl Sinclair’s Boogie Band on June 23, with doors opening at 7pm.
As resident house pianist at Jools Holland's Jam House in Birmingham, Carl Sinclair has also featured at the Jools Holland festival at Canary Wharf and played at jazz festivals over the country.
The band includes drummer Howard Smith and double bassist Adrian Litvinoff.
Many well known jazz artists have performed at the venue, but with attendances slipping management are trying to get more people through the doors.
