A CAR has been set alight after a suspected arson attack in Kidderminster.

The incident happened at about 10pm on Thursday, June 19, on Broad Street. Police say they believe the parked red Fiat Cinquecento rolled down the road to the corner of Broad Street and Windsor Drive before it was set on fire.

Officers added they would like to speak to two men and two women who were seen on CCTV near the car before the fire began.

One man was wearing dark trousers and a t-shirt with a square motif and the second man is thought to have a stockier build and was wearing lighter trousers and a white t-shirt.

CCTV shows these men were later joined by two girls who West Mercia Police would also like to get in touch with. One of the women had dark hair and the second woman had blonde hair.

A number of potential witnesses are seen on CCTV footage driving or walking past as the incident took place.

Anyone who saw the car on fire or has any information should call 101, quoting incident 852-s-190514, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
