HARTLEBURY Parish Hall is hosting a new programme of music, dance and theatre, after teaming up with entertainment company Shindig.
The collaboration is part of the Live and Local scheme which supports a network of voluntary organisations with the aim of bringing high quality, affordable, and professional live entertainment to local communities across Worcestershire.
This is made possible by funding from Arts Council England and the National Lottery.
The parish hall’s first partnership event will feature former BBC Jazz Vocalist of the Year, Christine Tobin, who is taking to the stage on Sunday, October 5, alongside guitarist Phil Robson and Dave Whitford on double bass.
Christine will perform a variety of songs and poetry that celebrate the words and music of Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell and Rufus Wainwright.
Drinks will be available from the recently refurbished bar, which open before and after the performance.
Tickets to the event, which cost £10, can be bought from the box office by calling 07923 544838.
