MORE than 90 per cent of patients and users of Worcestershire’s NHS services would recommend them to their friends and family.
The latest results of the Friends and Family Test (FFT), which was rolled out across Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust on January 1, revealed 73 per cent of respondents were extremely likely to recommend a service while 18 per cent said they were likely to.
FFT was launched to allow patients to give quick, anonymous feedback on the quality of care they receive from the county’s man provider of community and mental health services.
Sarah Dugan, chief executive of the trust, said: “While it is still very early days for the Friends and Family Test, it is very promising that so many of our patients would recommend our services.
“We want to ensure our patients have the best possible experience of care and so I would encourage them to make sure they take the Friends and Family Test and help us further improve the care we provide across our services.”
FFT results will be published each month on the trust’s website and on NHS Choices.
