TWO people have denied a public order offence towards workers at a Kidderminster takeaway restaurant.
Twenty-two-year-old David Roberts and a 16-year-old girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, are alleged to have used threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour to cause fear or to provoke unlawful violence when they were at Hollywood Pizza, in Blackwell Street, on November 15.
Mr Roberts, of Greatfield Road, Kidderminster, and his co-accused pleaded not guilty to the charge when they appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, February 19.
Chairman of the magistrates Roger Green adjourned the case until March 19.
Both defendants were granted bail on the condition they do not enter Hollywood Pizza.
