A MAN claimed it was not him who his neighbours saw standing naked in a window, when he appeared in court.
Stuart Garrod was arrested when he was allegedly seen inappropriately touching himself while exposed in the window of his Drake Crescent, Kidderminster, home on November 29.
But the 65-year-old pleaded not guilty when he appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, February 19, saying it is a case of mistaken identity.
Chairman of the magistrates, Roger Green, adjourned the case until June 12.
Garrod was granted bail with the condition he does not stand in the window unless fully covered.
