Bewdley woman died after fall at hospital
A BEWDLEY woman died after a fall at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
Gwendoline Mundie, 80, was admitted to the hospital for surgery, and while she was there she fell and sustained injury, following which she declined and died on Monday, January 12.
An inquest was opened on Thursday, February 26, and adjourned until a later date.
