AN aggressive Cradley Heath man who pushed his former partner into bushes before stamping on her £200 mobile telephone, tried to threaten her into dropping her complaint, a court heard.
A judge at Wolverhampton Crown Court issued a two-year restraining order forbidding Terry Price from contacting his former partner.
The 29-year-old had been in a two-year relationship with the women that ended after he went to her home and became aggressive, said Patrick Sullivan, prosecuting.
Price, of Station Road, admitted common assault, criminal damage and witness intimidation.
He was put on supervision for two years and ordered to obey a three-month curfew between 8pm and 7am.
Judge Nicholas Webb allowed him his freedom because he had already spent more than six months in custody on remand.
