Walsall 1 Kidderminster 5 AFTER a three-week break Kidderminster Harriers Ladies played their final league game when they visited Great Wryley.

The first 15 minutes was an even affair, but as the game went on Harriers started to find their feet and play the ball.

Harriers' first goal arrived in the 21st minute when Toni DiPaolo turned her marker then found the back of the net from 12 yards.

Seven minutes later Harriers doubled their lead when Vicky Roberts was on hand at the back post to finish off at close range with a simple tap-in.

Harriers thought they had added a third two minutes later when Emma Bowdler's strike from 30 yards found the top left-hand corner.

The ball went in but came out through a hole in the back of the net and the referee did not give the goal to the disbelief of Harriers captain Bowdler.

Lynsey Pollard scored Harriers' third in the 37th minute when she picked her spot with a perfectly placed shot from 22 yards.

Harriers' fourth arrived in the 58th minute when DiPaolo lost her marker to head a home a corner from eight yards.

Walsall pulled one back in the 69th minute when their winger received the ball at the back post and from 12 yards slotted the ball home past stand-in keeper Emma Jones.

Lisa Stokes added Harriers' fifth in the 76th minute when she was on hand to finish off a DiPaolo cross at the back post.

Evesham 1 Kidderminster Harriers Ladies reserves 8 The reserves also recorded a big win with Debbie Prescot scoring five, Kirsty Roberts two and Hayley Watkiss one.

The reserves visit basement side Bredon on Sunday.
