Kidderminster man appeared in court charged with rape
A KIDDERMINSTER man has appeared in court charged with the rape of a woman.
Grant Roach is also charged with making threats to kill, sexual assault on a female, assault on a female aged 13 and over by penetration, and assault by causing actual bodily harm.
The 22-year-old, of Eddy Road, gave no indication of his plea to the offences, which are alleged to have taken place between May 1 2014 and July 31 2014, when he appeared before magistrates at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, September 24.
As the offences were indictable only, chairman of the magistrates Richard Packer sent the case to Worcester Crown Court for a hearing on January 11.
