- The authority currently comprises 23 Conservative councillors, three Labour, one Liberal Democrat, two Health Concern, three Independent and one UKIP.
- This will also be the first election held for Kidderminster Town Council which was created in December last year.
- There are six wards covered by the new authority and there will be three councillors elected for each of the wards.
