POLICE are appealing to residents to help find missing Stourbridge man Andrew Towler, who may be without his medication.

32-year-old Andrew was last seen at around 8pm on Wednesday, September 21, in the Bewdley Road area of Kidderminster.

He is described as white, 5ft 8in tall and of medium build, with long shoulder length dark brown hair and a beard.

A "DANGEROUS" Dudley pervert who took photographs up the skirts of young women he targeted on buses and trains has been jailed.

Robert Osbourne first took a photograph up the skirt of a young woman at Dudley bus station, who had noticed he had been wearing a dark jacket with distinctive embroidery and had tattoos on his fingers.

Simon Burch, prosecuting, said Osbourne's second victim was travelling on a train to Cradley Heath and he grabbed her thigh before leaving the train.

A WOMAN was taken to hospital on Thursday after being bitten by a dog in Beoley.

On Thursday, September 22 at around 6.15pm, the woman was walking her dog on Chapel Farm in Heath Green, when another dog, which was off its lead, ran towards her.

When the woman picked up her dog, the other dog jumped up and bit her on the arm, causing it to bleed.

A FELLOW Unionist Club member has paid tribute to a beloved friend and prominent Bromsgrove businessman David Banner, who died in August this year.

On top of working at Banners Restaurant and foods, David was a husband, a father, a grandfather, an author and the president of Bromsgrove Unionist Club.
