A CARE company that visits vulnerable North Worcestershire residents at home has been given a clean bill of health following an inspection.

Carewatch Bromsgrove and Wyre Forest was rated as ‘good’ in a report by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) following their assessment of their services.

The company visits elderly or otherwise vulnerable residents at home in Bromsgrove, Redditch, Wyre Forest and surrounding areas - to help them regain and retain their independence.

The CQC evaluated aspects of its service and rated it ‘Good’ across the board for safety, effectiveness, quality of care delivered, responsiveness and leadership.

Inspectors talked to its clients and staff to get feedback about the provider. One client said: “The staff know us really well and we feel like part of a family.”

Another client commented: “I don’t get many visitors, so it’s nice when staff spend time with me and have a chat.”
