A quick glance around the Black Country and North Worcestershire suggests the roads are looking okay in general, apart from where there are ongoing road works. Some to look out for are:

In Cradley Heath, there are roadworks and temporary traffic lights on the A4100, Highgate Street, at Wright's Lane.

Near Bromsgrove, there are temporary traffic lights and electricity work taking place on Westonhall Road, in Stoke Prior, between the B4091, Hanbury Road, and Shaw Lane. 

In Dudley, there are roadworks taking place on the A4101, High Street, at Tansey Green Road. Expect delays. Various traffic management will be in place.

And, in Redditch, there is slow traffic on the A441, Birmingham Road, in both directions at Weights Lane, in the roadworks area. Temporary traffic lights in use.
