An accident has blocked the A442 Kidderminster between Shatterford Road and Wolverley Road.
One lane of the M5 southbound is also blocked due to an earlier accident between the M6 and J1 (West Bromwich).
Heavy traffic is being reported on Stourport Road, Kidderminster.
Lea Lane in Cookley, is closed due to roadworks.
Temporary traffic lights are in place along Golden Cross Lane in Catshill due to telecoms work.
Queuing traffic is being reported on High Street, Pensnett.
