WORK to upgrade the water network in Kidderminster town centre is expected to be completed tomorrow.
Engineers from Severn Trent Water have been working for the last week to future proof water pipes beneath Green Street near to the entrance to Morrison’s.
Work was expected to be completed on Tuesday but the cold snap has led to delays, with the upgrades expected to be finished tomorrow.
A spokesman said: "The reinstatement is taking a bit longer in the cold weather.
"The concrete laid yesterday hasn’t cured yet so it may now be tomorrow before the road is back to normal."
