A KIDDERMINSTER theatre company will kick-start the new season at the Rose Theatre with their own spin on a classic detective tale.

Three actors from the Nonentities will bring a spoof-style performance of the timeless Sherlock Holmes caper 'The Hound of The Baskervilles' to the stage, running from Monday September 10, until September 15.

In a "fast-paced comedic reworking" of the seminal Sir Arthur Conan Doyle novel, the group will perform the story of detective Holmes and his partner Dr Watson, as they investigate the death of Sir Charles Baskerville and an ancient curse.

Theatre goers can expect a laugh-out-loud experience as they watch the much-loved mystery unravel.

Tickets for the show are priced at £10 and £13 and are available via www.rosetheatre.co.uk, or by calling the theatre on 01562 743745.

Showtime begins at 7.30 on each night.
