BAYLIS Philip Alfred Of Lineholt, Ombersley. Passed away peacefully on September 11th, 2018, at home, aged 70. Much loved Husband of Pauline, Father to Andy, Tom and Ted, Father in Law and Grandad. Funeral Service at St Andrews Church, Ombersley on Wednesday, October 3rd at 12 noon, followed by Cremation at Wyre Forest Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations to Alzheimers Society and St Richard's Hospice.
