A CHARITY football match is being held in memory of a man who was killed outside a Stourport pub during the 2006 World Cup.

Phil Green, 46, died of a fractured skull when he was attacked outside the Bird in Hand pub after watching an England game.

The charity event will be held at Bewdley Town FC on Sunday, August 17, with donations going to Leukemia Research.
