LARGE heavy farm tools have been stolen from premises in Kidderminster.
Offenders stole a metal topper (an attachment for cutting grass), a metal post knocker (a device with a 13ft long arm used to knock fence posts in) and also a galvanised steel water trough.
The incident took place in Deansford Lane at about 4.30pm on Tuesday.
A police spokesman said: “We are appealing to anyone who noticed any unusual activity in the Deansford Lane area on Tuesday afternoon to give police a call.
“These are large heavy metal items and would have required a vehicle to transport them, possibly a Hiab type truck with a lifting arm.
“We would also be interested in hearing from anyone who has been offered similar items for sale in the last few days.”
Anyone with information can call Kidderminster police on 0300 333 3000 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
