Friends give in memory of Stourport woman

THE Millbrook Appeal has been boosted by donations from friends of a man whose wife died of cancer.

Bill Thomas’s wife, Gina, lost her two-year battle with lung cancer last month.

Mr Thomas’s former collegaues at Standard Motor Transport in Kidderminster gathered £150 in a collection, which has been donated to the appeal.

Mr Thomas, of Stourport, said: “My wife had marvellous care and attention from all the staff at the Millbrook Suite and always looked forward to her treatment there.”
