FOOTBALL: The chase is on for Johnny Mullins after the defender was released by Premiership new boys Reading.
Kidderminster Harriers supporters' player of the year is likely to attract interest from clubs at a higher level than the Conference.
But Mullins, 20, admitted he felt at home in Worcestershire during his second loan spell with the Aggborough club.
Harriers boss Mark Yates has not indicated whether he intends to pursue the centre-half/right-back as a permanent addition.
But a player he did admit an interest in, York top-scorer Andy Bishop, has signed a two-year deal with Bury.
Yates said: "I've already spoken to several of the targets in mind but obviously we're still a little way away from finalising things. Players at this time of year need to weigh up all of their options and I can understand that."
