STOURPORT youngsters and their families made the most of the autumn coloured leaves by creating woodland art creations.
As part of October’s National Big Draw month, year four Burlish Park Primary School pupils invited their families and local residents into their forest school area to share their skills and imagination.
They created the art work in the style of environmental artist, Andy Goldsworthy.
Lynda Williams, forest school leader, said: “We looked at some books and photographs of Goldsworthy’s work and everyone was really impressed with they saw and loved his style of work. We went into our Forest School area for the afternoon and the adults and children had a fantastic time together producing their own individual works of art.”
The families also enjoyed sampling Fairtrade tea and coffee and raised £15 for the Pakistan flood appeal.
