Women injured in fight in Kidderminster

TWO women were injured in a fight in Kidderminster.

It happened in an alley way to the entrance of White Wickets park, near Franche Primary School, in Chestnut Grove, on Monday, February 6 at around 9am.

The fight involved two white women, one in her 20s and the other in her 30s, who both sustained minor injuries.

PC Sarah Turner of West Mercia Police said: "We are still trying to establish exactly what happened but it was a busy time of day and other people may have seen two women fighting or heard verbal abuse being exchanged.

"One of the women had a baby in a pushchair with her, and the other woman may have been overheard saying she was pregnant."

Witnesses or anyone with information are asked to contact PC Turner on 0300 333 3000 quoting incident 31-N-060212 or ring the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.

@Respectable, you should get out more.

People are people in every European country, indeed every country in the world, and some of them are just not very nice people.

Now, if this was truly "broken Britain", we would be seeing more than a few stories a week about this sort of violence in a town the size of Kidderminster wouldn't we?

I think its a disgrace that you would attack someone who is pregnant - how would you feel if it was the other way round.......

Sounds like it was the other way round if one of them had a child in a pram and the other was saying they were pregnant? If the one with the pram was 'attacked' then the pregnant one attacked her? Cat fighting in the street, very Jeremy Kyle.
