Kidderminster machete robbery suspect on police bail

ONE of the suspects arrested by police investigating a robbery in Kidderminster will remain on police bail pending results of forensic tests.

Two men were arrested on Friday, April 13, on suspicion of robbery, in which the shop owner at BK Minimarket in Hoo Road was threatened with a machete, on Thursday, April 5. They were subsequently released on police bail.

The other man was released from police bail yesterday.

About £1,400 cash and cigarettes were taken during the raid, owner Baldev Singh said he was “shocked” by the attack.
