Appeal to trace missing teens
12:35pm Saturday 15th September 2012 in News
Police in Kidderminster are appealing for the public's help to trace two missing teenagers.
Craig Greener, 14, and Charlotte Evans, 13, were last seen in the early hours of Tuesday morning by staff at the care home on Birmingham Road where they both live.
Craig and Charlotte have gone missing together before and were previously found in the Droitwich area, where Charlotte is originally from. Craig comes from Redditch and has links to the town.
Craig is described as white, around 5ft 5ins tall, of a medium build with brown hair. He was wearing a green t-shirt and black jogging bottoms when he left the care home.
Charlotte is described as white, around 5ft 2ins tall, of a medium build with red hair. When she was reported missing, she was wearing a pink hooded top and grey jogging bottoms.
Inspector Jason Everett from Kidderminster police station said: "Officers have made every effort to locate the pair and although it is not unusual for Craig and Charlotte to take off, this is now the longest time they have spent away from the home without making contact.
"We are growing increasingly concerned about the pair and are keen to know that they are safe and well. "I would urge anyone with information about Charlotte and Craig's whereabouts to call police on 101."
