A KIDDERMINSTER recruitment firm is set to bring 15 new jobs to the region as part of an ambitious three-year expansion plan.

Path Selection, part of Kidderminster-based eResponse Group, will expand its team from six to 21 by 2020 as it helps businesses beat the ‘war for talent’.

The jobs pledge has also been fuelled by a move to new 2,300 sq ft offices in Kenilworth’s Stoneleigh Business Park as the firm sets its sights on breaking a £1.2m revenue target in 2017.

The growth news from Path Selection, which in over 12 months has gone on to fill over 100 permanent roles for businesses, also comes as general manager Chris Folly steps up to become managing director.

Chris Folly, managing director of Path Selection, said: “Finding the right candidates has been tough for businesses in recent years as a war for talent has taken hold in a variety of specialist sectors.

“So I am delighted that we have been able to buck that trend and provide first-class service and candidates for our clients across the whole of the Midlands.

“That success has contributed to our future plans and meant that we can expand by moving to our new offices.

“It’s a move and an investment as part of our strategy working towards 2020 – a strategy that will see us trebling the size of the team with a variety of specialist recruiters, sales and administration roles.”

Joe Alekna, managing director of eResponse Group, added: “Since we launched Path Selection 18 months ago Chris has led the business to unprecedented levels of success, working with PLCs and SMEs to help them bring in the best talent available.”
