FAMILIES in Redditch can gain exclusive access to Birmingham’s new indoor LEGO playground before it opens to the public.

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham will officially open its doors in summer 2018 but the new limited-edition First to Play annual pass will put families first in line for the £7 million attraction at the city’s Arena Birmingham.

The new annual pass is now available for first visits when it opens next Summer.

It will grant unlimited access for 12 months to the 58,900 sq ft centre, which will allow children to experience the LEGO universe in giant proportions over two floors with rides, model play areas, interactive features and three million of the iconic bricks.

Amy Langham, general manager of LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham, said: “We cannot wait to welcome children and their families to LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham.

"The release of the First to Play pass is another milestone as we prepare to open next year and will give great value for families. However, those interested need to be quick off the mark as there’s only a limited amount of the passes available.

“Our Master Builders are hard at work behind the scenes preparing our fantastic play areas and rides and we are looking forward to our First to Play visitors getting to experience it for themselves, before anyone else.”
