Worcestershire County Council is calling all dino enthusiasts to explore the world of prehistoric creatures with Family Fun Time on Saturday, February 8, between 10am and 12pm at St John's Library (Free).

Youngsters aged between three and nine years can learn about the age of dangerous dinosaurs, from savage meat-eaters like the Tyrannosaurus Rex to armour plated plant eaters, Stegosaurus and Triceratops.

Dinosaur spotters will get to take part in an incredible creature hunt in the children's library to see what they can find.

Paul Etheridge, Library Manager at St John's Library, is encouraging all to attend. "Following the recent wet weather, this is an exciting opportunity for youngsters to explore the lives of these fascinating prehistoric creatures and a great chance to learn something new", said Paul.

There'll also be a chance to discover amazing facts about the extinct world of dinosaurs in a fun quiz as well as fun arts and craft activities. This includes, creating pictures of fierce dinosaurs, fascinating dinosaur finger puppets and marvellous dinosaur models.
