KEMP Hospice recently held its annual volunteer thank you party, which is an opportunity for staff at the Hospice to thank those volunteers who work so hard for the charity. During the party volunteers were recognised for their service, with special awards going to those who have been volunteering for 5,10 and 15 years.

The Ministry of Defence has denied it has agreed to spend £3bn on new nuclear warheads, despite documents revealing a senior official told the arms industry a decision had already been made.
