LADIES who lunch were treated to a fascinating insight into the life of actress, Kate O'Mara, when she spoke at a charity event at the Ramada Heath Hotel in Bewdley in aid of Kemp Hospice.

The star of classic TV blockbusters including The Brothers and Dynasty spoke for 90 minutes during the event.

The lunch, which attracted 70 guests to raise money for the Kidderminster hospice, was organised by glossy lifestyle magazine, Limited Edition, produced by Shuttle/Times & News publishers, Newsquest.

Carol Hinett, from the magazine, was presented with a Kemp Oscar, recognising that the regular lunches have raised more than £10,000 for the hospice over the past year.
