Things Kidderminster should "shout about!" It's fabulous location! It's great shopping facilities! It's beautiful canal system! It's historic buildings! It's railway links! Problems that need fixing. Graffiti problems, massive litter problems, dog fouling problems, drink/drunkeness/alc
ohol/social related problems. Opportunities for improvement! Crack down on litter problems, graffiti problems, dog fouling problems, loitering, drink/drug related problems. Start issuing fines, crack down hard on anti social behaviour, get pro-actve, nip it in the bud, unless you tackle the problems at ground level you are never going to have a place that you can "shout about" No matter how much money you throw at it. Seeds that fall on baron land will never grow!
