Joined by students from her evening class at Kidderminster College, Tina, a Belly Dancing practitioner with over 35 years experience including numerous TV appearances and 2 published books on the art; will be treating the people of Kidderminster to a taste of the orient with Belly Dancing displays outside the Town Hall between 11:30 and 12:30.
“Belly Dancing is truly a unique form of fitness, it helps remove stress and can benefit people with back pain, arthritis and other physical discomfort as it works muscles without any stress or strains.” said Tina.
“I hope to get more and more people interested in Belly Dancing through our demonstrations. It is not just something for the young, glamorous and healthy but a dance technique that anyone can take up.
