Search for lost radio shows

ARE your readers able to help a group of OTR (Old Time Radio) enthusiasts who are searching for missing episodes of the hugely popular comedy of yesteryear The Clitheroe Kid Radio Show?

The BBC only retains a small portion of the 290 shows broadcast between 1957 and 1972 and a similar appeal last year found four missing episodes.

If you have shows taped from the radio broadcasts onto cassette or reel-to-reel tape, please let us know. These could be the sole surviving copy of such shows.

Only one show from the 1970s now eludes us. The episode is ironically entitled "The Not-So-Artful Dodger".
