Vale completes development
STOURPORT-based Thomas Vale has recently completed a development of three prestigious, two-storey office buildings on a former brownfield site at Shenstone, near Lichfield.
The £5.5 million project was carried out on behalf of Lingfield Security plc, commencing in October, 2006 and completing last December.
Lichfield South is a new landmark business and leisure development at the gateway to Lichfield. The location provides a large and growing catchment area of potential customers and a relatively untapped labour market may be sourced from Staffordshire and Greater Birmingham.
Thomas Vale worked closely with the client and tenants to ensure each of the three buildings were handed over on time.
Gary Mail, director at Thomas Vale Construction, said: "Thomas Vale is rooted firmly in the Midlands and the new office campus for Lingfield Security plc is a prime example of our success in the region.
"These offices have showcased our pioneering approach and commitment to achieving best value.
"Lichfield South is a superb landmark business and leisure development situated in a largely untapped area of Staffordshire. This development will provide far reaching economic benefits to the wider community."
