Firm has satisfied workers
A HARTLEBURY-based company has been recognised for providing employee satisfaction.
Presentation and communication firm, DRP Group, took part in a survey conducted on behalf of the Business School at the University of Warwick and received positive feedback from its employees.
The survey focused on certain key areas, including work tasks, work pressure, skills and training and employees' opinions on the management.
Results from the survey found 90 per cent of workers felt satisfied with the training available to them and 100 per cent felt the company provided employees with job security.
Regular team meetings between senior management and employees had also contributed to high levels of motivation and employee trust in senior members of staff.
Managing director, Dale Parmenter, said: "We are delighted to receive such a glowing report. Generally, as a company, we are aware of our employees' job satisfaction because ensuring it is one of our top priorities.
"It is, nevertheless, fantastic to receive these statistics that prove we are a market leader, with one of the most contented workforces in the sector."
