WI - President Margaret Mills welcomed members to the resolutions meeting. Forthcoming events include a visit to Coughton Court on August 6, autumn group luncheon at The Granary on September 25, visit to link WI, Callow Hill, on June 10 for a talk on pressed flowers.

HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY - At the last meeting, Linda Eggins gave an illustrated talk on the garden in April using plant material which provided members with useful cuttings.

FRIENDSHIP CENTRE - The next meeting will be the AGM on Thursday, May 15 at 10am at Lickhill Community Centre, Memorial Park, Stourport. The speaker will be David Cox on the Dunsley Murder.

WI - At the April meeting reports were given on Paula Smith's coffee morning which had raised money for WI funds, the annual council meeting and Mollie Long's curry lunch which raised £300 for the Nandi Hills branch of the East African Women's League.

WI - Eggs was the theme of the April meeting. Janet Farmer gave a talk about the significance of eggs around the world. She demonstrated how she makes a chocolate egg using a mould and showed a variety of eggs, mainly goose or duck eggs, that she had painted using acrylic paints.

WI - At the April meeting, more names were added to the Ryton/Coventry visit. Ten seats had been booked for the Rose Theatre's production of Ladies Day and two spares were taken up.The members' visit to Stoke Prior was a success. Ann Ripper gave notice of Chaddesley WI's two theatre visits.

HARTLEBURY COMMON LOCAL GROUP- On April 7, Roy Mantle spoke on wild flowers He gave a slide presentation on the flowers and landscapes of Shropshire, the Welsh borders, Gower Peninsula and the mountains of Wales, North Yorkshire and the Scottish Highlands.

MAMBLE CUM BAYTON WI - Final arrangements were made for the 90th birthday party at Mamble Village Hall. A visit will be made to Angel Garden on May 19, and an invitation was received from Clifton on Teme WI to join them for an outing to Orleton House. Nita Shaw gave a report on the annual council meeting.

PARISH FOOTPATHS ASSOCIATION - On Sunday, May 11, the group will be leading their monthly walk. These afternoon walks of two to three hours duration are along footpaths and bridleways, off the road and into the countryside. All are welcome but no dogs please.

ALL SAINTS' AND WRIBBENHALL TOGETHER - On April 14, the Birmingham Centre for Arts Therapies who held a second training day in All Saints' Church. Residents were able to access the skills and information for a specialist area of developing those who are less fortunate.

DIVERS - On March 31, a trip to Stoney Cove in Leicestershire saw members taking the opportunity to check their equipment and skills ahead of a dive trip to the Farne Islands.

WORCESTERSHIRE M.E. SUPPORT GROUP - All people with M.E., CFS and FMS, and their carers, friends and relatives, are welcome to attend meetings. They are held at Kidderminster Library, Market Street, on the third Wednesday of every month between 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
