TG - At the AGM in March, chairman Liz Pomford read a report giving a summary of all the activities held during the past year followed by an annual financial report given by treasurer Pauline Drake. Members of the committee all agreed to carry on for a further year with an invitation to anyone who wished to join them.
Dawn Bastable from Bewdley Library gave a short talk on readings circles and agreed to help set up a TG afternoon group.This was followed by a quiz with tea and cakes.
The next meeting will be on Tuesday, April 22 at 7.30pm at Wribbenhall Community Centre when Mrs E Tasker will speak to the guild about the talking newspaper.

BRIDGE CLUB - The result of the pairs competition held on March 26 was as follows. North-South: first Carol and Brian Varley with 52.98 per cent, second Wendy Packwood and Carol Timmis with 51.79 per cent, third Liliane Wright and Nigel Oldnall with 51.19 per cent.
East-West: first Carol and Andrew Gilmour with 66.67 per cent, second Chad Chadwick and Bill Cumberworth with 61.90 per cent, third Wendy and Eric Silverstone with 50.30 per cent.
The Club Shield is awarded each year to the partnership with the highest average score, based on their 25 best scores, over the 12 months ending March 31. Winners this year, with an average score of 56.58 per cent, were Carol and Andrew Gilmour, who just pipped Liliane Wright & Nigel Oldnall with 56.20 per cent.

HEALING CENTRE - Healing is available this Monday and every second Monday of each month at Wribbenhall Community Centre, Shaw Hedge Road, Bewdley.
Half hour sessions with trained healers run from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. No appointments necessary. A donation is requested to cover costs.
ALL SAINTS' AND WRIBBENHALL TOGETHER - Back by popular demand on Monday, March 31 was Gordon Yarranton. The afternoon session gave visitors all the opportunity to meet Jennifer from the North Worcestershire Bereavement Support Group. Those who came along received timely advice and help.
This Monday the Birmingham Centre for the Arts Therapies is holding a training day so All Saints will be closed to those not taking part.
