CYCLING CLUB - There are two rides this Sunday. Both rides go to Meriden, near Solihull, for the annual cyclists service and tea. The A ride starts at 8am and the B ride starts at 9am and is car assisted. The rides leave from The Green, Blakebrook, opposite the hospital. All cyclists will be welcome and should bring a packed lunch.

On Wednesday evening there is a ride to the Robin Hood inn at Draycot. The ride leaves The Green at 7pm. GUIDE DOGS FOR THE BLIND - A collection held in Kidderminster on April 26 raised £388.26.

JUBILEE (ELIM CHURCH), HOO ROAD - Fellowship meetings are held on Sunday at 10.30am and Wednesday at 7.45pm. Jubilee Kids clubs meet on Wednesday evenings at Sutton Park and Franche Primary Schools.

MILTON HALL BAPTIST CHURCH - Residents are welcome to attend Sunday services at the church in Lorne Street, Kidderminster.

The morning service is at 11am and the evening service is at 6.30pm. People are welcome to stay for a free cuppa and a chat after the morning service.

Other activities during the school term at the Church include Boys Brigade on Monday at 6pm, Little Stars (Mums and Tots) on Tuesday between 10am and noon and Girls Brigade on Thursday at 6pm.

BROADWATERS LADIES - Mr Alan Pearce will give a talk entitled never work with animals or children' on Wednesday at 7.30pm at St Oswald's Church Centre, Broadwaters Drive. Visitors welcome.

HOPE2008 WALK - On Saturday, churches in Kidderminster are arranging a walk around the town. There will be two circuits.

The first one in the morning of five and a half miles, will start at Trinity Methodist Church at 10.30am, go through the town, along the canal, then out as far as the Rifle Range Nature Reserve.

The second, after a picnic lunch at St Mary's Church, will leave at about 1.45pm, and head through St George's Park to Broadwaters Park. This walk will be three miles long.

All welcome. Walkers need to wear suitable footwear and clothing.

This event is being run as part of the nationwide Hope2008 campaign.
