THIS week I had occasion to walk through the refurbished Worcester Cross garden opposite Dunelm Mill in Kidderminster with a friend’s dog. I was appalled to see about 20 piles of dog mess on the very small grassed area behind the bus stop.
Are there dog owners who think it is acceptable to allow their animal to foul here and not clear it up or is this a symptom of the number of owners who take unleashed dogs into town without paying any attention to their actions?
As a responsible dog owner I am tired of being grouped with those who take no responsibility for their pet’s actions.
It is time that the appropriate authorities clamped down on unleashed dogs in the town centre and took steps to combat the misuse of this garden.
