THE budget will only benefit those with money in savings.
The tax threshold is supposed to rise but I can guarantee they will take more tax out of my pensions.
In 2012-2013 it was £5.20 more than the previous year, about the same as my pension increase. This year it will be more.
I can't think of one think I will benefit except the tax on fuel being frozen.
