AS a patient in this town with multiple illnesses, maybe someone could tell me where I am supposed to get medical treatment at night and weekends.
My experience with the 111 phone line is not very good. Is there an out-of-hours doctor in Kidderminster? It all seems a complete mystery to me. A nurse said you have to be in triage. I was triaged 40 years ago when I nearly died in a diabetic coma.
I am an insulin diabetic and need to know clearly where I can get medical help at night. Advice over a phone is no good to me. Maybe someone could give me some answers.
