CAN anyone explain to me why car parking charges on the building site that was Lloyds Garage in Stourport has suddenly risen from 90p for the first hour to £1.10?
The surface is disgusting and in fact, my granddaughter fell and cut her knee on it recently.
If this is what is being used to advertise Stourport, it is not doing a good job at all.
I have even heard from visitors to the town about the poor state of the car park.
