Colin Vaughan’s anger with Worcestershire County Council at the lack of gritting on the motorways is so typically of the lazy British habit, born of ignorance, of blaming our councils for everything.
Motorways are looked after by the Highways Agency - but let’s not let facts stop us, eh ?
