THE age of chivalry is certainly alive, for which I am grateful.
My 12-y ear -old son witnessed a cat being run over and killed in Leswell St, Kidderminster on Tuesday night, on his way home from school.
He was very shaken by the incident, as we're other witnesses .
A lady driver had hit the cat but was unable to move him.
A very kind gentleman stopped his car , got out and co ve red the poor cat with his own jacket and took him to the side of the road.
I don ’t know what happened then, my son went on home .
I told him I thought that the cat didn ’t suf fer much as it happened so quickly but he was very comfor ted by the kind man showing him what a real man would do .
Thank you and God Bless .
Mrs H Scott, Kidderminster
