Housing bribe
The Tories are desperate for votes and have offered yet another bribe!
This time it’s the tenants right to buy a housing association property at a discount of up to 70%. Councils will also be compelled to sell their most expensive council housing.
The Government’s bribe will cost the tax payer £5 billion!
It cannot be said that this Tory bribe will solve the housing crisis!
Labour in Government will build 200,000 houses a year, a costed policy.
As usual, the Tories avoid the issue of offering a house building programme. Instead, they promise a subsidised benefit for some, at the expense of tax payers across the country.
