Awful bus service
I EXPECT most Kidderminster bus users like us have come to realise what an awful service we are getting with Diamond buses. They are a dead loss.
On Saturday, my 92-year-old mother and myself, an OAP, waited 90 minutes for the number 7 bus to Greenhill and it never came. Some people had been there longer.
Diamond bus company needs a big shake up to sort out this shambles.
The buses hardly ever seem to come on time. Come on Diamond, improve these things and we may get a better service.
