IS THERE anybody out there who listens to people and acts on complaints?

Particularly about the Diamond Bus service in Wyre Forest.

I’ve written and complained before about the woeful local bus services but once again buses have been cancelled without notice, leaving passengers stranded.

I would urge passengers to complain if their buses do not turn up by writing to Diamond Bus Ltd, Beacon House, Long Acre, Birmingham B7 5JJ, emailing comments@diamondbuses.

com or telephoning 0121 322 2222 (the local number is 01562 66559).

My solution is for Wyre Forest to apply to be part of the Central Passenger Transport Authority which serves the West Midlands.
