I WAS unfortunate enough to be in Kidderminster Library on a recent Monday, to see and hear the foul language and the anti-social behaviour of a large group of teens, who even after being told by staff to behave, continued a foul tirade.
The library manager was called, but didn’t appear as it got worse and worse, including them playing with a football, and hitting a pram with a young child in it.
It seems the new manager wants to ‘work’ with the teenagers, and has plans to expand the teen area, and provide settees and comfortable chairs for them to sit on.
Don’t we suffer enough around Market Street as it is?
