A DISTINCTIVE mint green coloured car was stolen during a burglary in Kidderminster.

It happened between 10.45pm last night and 7am this morning at a house in Dunlin Drive.

Thieves broke into the house and took the keys to a mint green Peugeot 206 - registration CA02 EUH - which they stole from the drive.

They also took a Hewlett Packard laptop and an orange coloured animal print handbag containing a driving licence, keys, a purse with a grey union flag design on it, a number of bank and loyalty cards and some cash.

Investigating officer PC Adrian Bartlett from Kidderminster CID said: "We would like to hear from anyone who thinks they may have seen this car since 10.45pm last night.

"The car may have been dumped somewhere nearby or could be further afield so we would ask people to keep their eyes open and call us as soon as possible if you spot it."

Witnesses or anyone with information about the burglary should contact PC Bartlett on 101, quoting incident 69-S-101212, or ring the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
